TEN TO FOLLOW

HOW DOES IT WORK
Select 10 horses from the list of 400 horses - for racing’s most successful and exciting competition - the tote ten to follow. As you horses win races, you win points. Entry through John Mulholland’s gets you into the Official Tote competition and the John Mulholland version at no extra cost.
You will be eligible for the big money dividends for the overall top ten scoring entries and winners of the monthly/part monthly and Cheltenham Festival special prizes in both competitions.
Entries are accepted up to 5pm Tuesday 9th November - we recommend you place your entry before the closing date to avoid the inevitable late rush which can result in online delays and possible disappointment.

BONUS WINDOW
You can add two FREE selections* to each entry during the Bonus Window and the highest scoring ten selections from the twelve will count as your entry. Each entrant will be responsible for their own changes. Username and password will be provided by John Mulholland Bookmakers in order to facilitate the changes.
The Bonus Window opens at 9.00am Sunday 20th February until 6.00pm Friday 25th February.
*Points scored by your additional selections qualify for points from Tuesday 15th March - the opening day of the Cheltenham Festival.

SCORING
Selections winning Jumps races under the Rules of Racing in Great Britain or Ireland during the period of the competition will be awarded points as follows::
25 points in a race worth £30,000 or more to the winner
20 points in a race worth £25,000 up to £29,999 to the winner
15 points in a race worth £15,000 up to £24,999 to the winner
12 points in a race worth £10,000 up to £14,999 to the winner
10 points in a race worth less than £10,000 to the winner
In the event of a dead-heat, points will be divided by the number of horses dead-heating with fractions rounded down. No points will be awarded for a walkover. The official result on the day will be used for the calculation of points with any subsequent disqualifications disregarded.

An additional 25 points will also be awarded to the winner and 12 points to the runner-up in each of the following races:

Bonus points according to the official Tote win dividend odds, including a £1 unit stake, will be awarded to winning selections as follows:

PRIZEFUND

Official Ten to Follow winner receives 70% of overall fund after deductions.
Last years winner received £240,000 / €300,000

£100,000 will be allocated for the monthly prizes with
£25,000 being allocated for the Cheltenham top points earner.

John Mulholland shop prize fund:

• First Place (highest total pts. scorer) wins €3000

• Overall individual group winner wins €400

• Monthly over all winners as follows:
o December, January, February & Cheltenham wins €200
o November / April wins €100

• Loads Cash/ Free bet prizes to be won every month.


Terms and conditions:
• Entry €12 / £10 per person.
• Closing Date for entries is 5.00pm Tuesday 9th November.
• Any prize money won in the official Tote 10 to follow competition is owned by the individual.
• In the event of a tie for any of the “Mulholland” prizes will be divided.
• This year shops will be grouped for prize purposes, see in store for details.
• Overall prize winners win the top value prize with the 2nd placed entrant winning the next value group prize.
• Any entrants entering in multiple groups will be eligible for one group prize only (monthly or overall)
• In the unlikely event of a dispute Management’s decision will be final.
